"Bullseye Packaging reached out to Mint Cleaning Products through what would normally be considered a typical “cold call.” In November 2024, shortly after Monika and Robyn appeared on Dragons’ Den, Faith from Bullseye contacted our team to see if they could support Mint as our order volume was growing quickly.
For busy entrepreneurs, cold calls are often a quick no, but in this case, something about Faith’s message stood out. We thought, what harm could a conversation do? That conversation turned out to be one of the best decisions we made for our business.
From the very beginning, the Bullseye team showed a true go-getter attitude. Instead of hesitation, the response to our many questions about packaging, logistics, and distribution support was always: “Sure, we can do that,” or “We’ll figure that out.” That kind of solution-focused mindset is rare and incredibly valuable for a growing company.
Mint Cleaning Products was founded in 2016 by Monika and Robyn in Ucluelet, BC, after they met through a local mom group and launched a successful cleaning company. While serving vacation rentals, residential homes, and commercial spaces, they saw firsthand the need for safer and more effective alternatives to conventional cleaning products. What began as small-batch, non-toxic solutions for their cleaning business evolved into a trusted line of eco-friendly cleaning products now carried in more than 450 retail stores across Canada."

The results
As Mint grew, so did the complexity of operations. As our Director of Operations, Jade Olson, began working closely with Adrian Houser, Bullseye’s Director of Operations, it quickly became clear that we had partnered with the right team. Bullseye helped us streamline systems, improve storage and logistics, and scale our distribution across Canada for both wholesale and direct-to-consumer orders.
Their communication is clear, their team is proactive, and they consistently approach challenges with a willingness to solve problems together. Over the past year, Bullseye has played a major role in helping Mint expand product offerings and fulfill more orders each month. When we needed packaging support on short notice, their team stepped up and delivered.
