The opportunity
Economic Developers Alberta (EDA) is Alberta’s leading professional organization for economic developers.
For almost 50 years, it has been committed to advancing the economic development profession by providing resources, professional development, and networking opportunities for the varied membership of nearly 400 professionals.
The EDA Annual Conference has always been an in-person event until restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic necessitated a pivot to an on-line format. Called EDA Xperience 2021, this virtual Leader’s Summit and Conference was extremely successful delivering updates on economic development issues and trends, insightful keynote speakers, and interactive virtual networking opportunities.
To enhance the experience, for the last two conferences, delegates have received an Xperience Box; a unique culmination of a wide range of high quality Made in Alberta items. The Xperience Box supports local businesses by profiling products made by the province’s small business community.

The results
To streamline the process of gathering these products and assembling the Xperience Box in 2021, we shipped all the packaging and products to Bullseye. Their production line expertise meant the kits – with over 20 items per box - were professionally and quickly assembled with care.
It was important to us to outsource this activity to a re-packer with a reputation for meticulous procedure so we could focus on the other efforts that go into planning a full conference.
Attendees raved over these memorable packages. We couldn’t be happier with how beautifully they turned out and the careful attention to each of our requests.
