The results
We were searching for a solution for shorter delivery distances to mitigate potential shipping damages. We found Bullseye and inquired if they could support us with an order fulfillment solution from Alberta. Our most important request was for the packaging care and attention to detail we needed for fulfillment. Bullseye’s long history in the meticulous handling of alcohol products made a positive impression on us.
Then, after
reviewing a reasonable quote tailored to our specific fulfillment
needs, we jumped at the chance to collaborate.
Shipping a select
wholesale stock to Bullseye in Calgary, we rely on their team of
precise pick and packers to prepare orders by the carton and ship for
our wholesale demands. Integrating our Shopify system with their
warehouse management software allows for our orders to automatically
push directly to them and triggers the need for order fulfillment.
The orders are quickly pulled and sent out.
Bullseye is providing a hands-off solution to our fulfillment need while still being responsive to one-off requests for stock questions. However, the ability to privately log in to their secure inventory system allows us to conveniently peek in on our stock counts any time, 24/7.
In my experience with 3PLs, I have learned that the most important attribute associated with any fulfillment centre, is trust. Cost control will always play a significant role in any financial snapshot, but if you find an organization that you implicitly trust to be a touchpoint with your customers, it’s like a weight lifted from your shoulders.
